How spots are filledExisting seasonal campers get first choice. Each year, our current seasonal guests have the first chance to renew their own site and to move to any site that has opened up. Only the sites still open after that are offered to the waitlist, and those are allocated by lottery. We don't have complete records of who has been waiting longest, so a lottery is the fairest approach for now.
Pricing & timingWe won't know how many sites will or won't be available until September. We don't have pricing to announce yet, but we'll share it this fall, at the same time as the lottery.
No obligationJoining the list does not obligate you to accept a site. If you decline, you can go back on the list and we'll select another name.
AvailabilityDue to strong demand and low turnover, we don't expect many seasonal sites to open, and we don't plan to convert non-seasonal sites into seasonal ones.
